Are you a reason user by any chance and now you are trying to move away from it?

I'm in a similar boat, i need a simple sampler to use rex's with.
I'm too used to Dr.rex Big Grin

Free is a tough one I guess, but NI Intakt and Halion can do the job and I guess there are a bunch of others...

FL Studio's FPC can open them and this thingy is included in FL (not in the basic basic version I think)

ive dabbled and its very nice.

but im a dr.rex whore and i can do in 30 seconds what takes me 3 minutes in cubase so abandoning reason completely isnt gonna happen just yet
