Making a song structure in real time - great stuff!! It seems to be really intuitive, and you can edit everything afterwards in a 'normal' horizontal arrangement window. Yay!!
Sampler - the built in soft sampler, seems easy to use and can do some nice tricks
Creating beats - slicing a loop & using the step sequencer to make a new break
Elastic Audio - just like Acid, only better 
mixing & remixing - general feature demo, check out the beat scrambling at the end, looks great
beat repeat function - WTF!!?

I have worked with old versions of Cakewalk (before it was called Sonar) and Cubase. Have no experience with their current versions.
Have no experience with Ableton either, but it seems to be very creative.
