Hey fellow producers!

So, there was talk about a new beatbattle...

Chemik and I put together a fine samplepack that brings some challenges Big Grin

Especially the drum samples might need some of your attention Wink

I think everything is there
- Some drums (duh)
- Some hats and rides
- Some basses
- Some hoovers and shit
- Some vocals
- A string...

If I forgot something, lemme know, I'll fix that Smile

The rules: same as always...

- Use ONLY the provided samples. None of your own, no synthesisers. Use as many effects and filters as you like, but do not use other sounds than the provided ones.

- Track should be 3.30 long (approx, we're not gonna fight over a few seconds overtime Big Grin

, but 4.00 is absolutely too long.

- Style must be DnB (quite obvious no?)

- Finishing date: I think 5 weeks should do it (until dec 15) unless some of you think they need more time due to the upcoming examinations?
Upload your tracks on the site by then in at least 128kbps 44.100 samplerate stereo. I will take care of the automaticly generated threads.

- Asking or giving commentz on any of the tracks before voting starts is not allowed, so please think of that. It might inspire the producer to change his track afterall, and some might think that is not fair.

- Who can join the battle? Everyone who likes Big Grin

- Where or how or when do I sign up? Just post a reply saying you're in. As long as your track is entered in time, thats ok, so you might even sign up on the finishing date as far as I'm concerned Big Grin

So, I think that about sums it up. Only thing left is the samplepack.

When will there be a contest that you can use your synthesizer, groovebox or whatever??

I assume that most producers don't produce 100% in audio, and I think this maybe has an influence on the quality of the tunes. Personal opinon of course!

I'm just hoping for such a contest in here... Wink
