Yo man, nice track. Just a few little things.
Track is rather long, it tends to get boring in the end.
The drop at 4:20" drops in a bit messy.
You could have done more with this drop, complete silence is pretty easy and has been done before.
But don't let that ruin your day, the track is not bad at all and you've improved it a lot compared to the previous version.

nice atmo in the intro, drums come in a bit huge 
bass sounds a bit weak. might do good with diffrent layers... needs more goin on to keep me interessted
nice so far, the intro sounds very solid..
