allright the problem is i cant wake up that well in the week ...
i have to get up at 6:30 but it seems like my bed is too warm and nice so i stay in till the last moment , then i have to hurry myself and miss my train
.
thats why i already missed 40% of my lessons at school this year.
the aspect is mentaly (character) and fysicaly (too tired because of too late dnb.be browsing
)
What do you guys do to feel fresh in the morning at an horrific early hour.
ps: talking about waking up in the winter

I have this problem too, but I'm working and can't afford to be late (you'll get fired and stuff
)
So I have this 'competition' going on with a colegue who has the same problem.
We both have a normal phone and cell phone, the one who gets up first uses his cell phone to call the other one's landline and who gets through first has 1 point. The positive result is that you are both awake then. The landline phone is not allowed inside the bedroom ofcourse (otherwise you could pick up the phone and stay in that warm bed!)
At the end of the month the guy with the most points has to buy dinner for the other one. Only fucks up if you both oversleep

A large bucket of icecold water always does the job!
other possibilities:
- put a timer clock on your pc's powersupply, so you can't browse later than say 10pm, so you will have to go to bed on time.
- forget about regular alarm clocks, put a badass PA system with a timer in your bedroom, a CV track ready to play, and you'll be awake fast enough.

just get up dude... i have to get up at 7 am, and im not a morning person at all myself, but i do it... just do it man... coffee, tea, breakfast all help too... and 40% is bad, if i missed that much of school theyd drop you as a student and youre sol... id get your shit together bro... get a good alarm clock too, a nice loud one, and set it in the opposite side of the room, forcing you to physcially get up... its your responsibility man... if you want to do well in school, and not be late... it takes will... you have to want to get up... if you dont want to get up and you dont care... then you will continue to sleep in... look at it as a personal test...

won't work
i'd stay in and nod my head to the track
what did help here, was changing the sound of my cellphone's alarm from bleeps to a firebell...tough i changed it back cus it was too loud and too sudden (everytime it went of i almost had a heartattack lol)

Try hittin the weight's and do some cardio each day,..you'll sleep and wake up like a machine....allway's worked for me,...but hard when you smoke allot of the green's,..so make shure you don't wake n bake,...wait till you hit the weight's go for a jog or bikeride and then that dube will be top notch.

2 things that work for me.
Get a heater with a timer and set it an hour before you wake up so that the room is nice n warm.
Put alarm on other side or room and clothes next to it so that you have to get out of bed.
It really isnt that difficult to get up in the morning, just takes getting used to. You need to have a regular going to bed getting up routine.
And finally, dont smoke green before you go to sleep. Means you dont sleep properly, seriously. I used to be in that things of thinking I cant get to sleep without a spliff, but its a waste of a smoke. You end up spending half the time your asleep sobering up.

I saw a fantastic alarm clock invention sometime, cant remember whats its name but a swedish guy invented it, and its very cold most of the time there
its basically an alarm clock but without the standard off button, instead the clock is inside a strong rubbery ball which you have to squeeze in order to break the alarm sequence. the point is in the strenght needed to trigger the button requires you to be fully awake, or wakes you up, cannot be achieved in a sleepy state
