Hi guys
I went this year to SoundsEXPO 2007 @ London and after 4 hours of playin' with all stuff i just want to say that Alesis Micron which is under £ 250 got f****** great sounds ,small brick but really nice patches.

forshure a powerfull synth,..and at a good price,....haven't tried it though,..but everything about it read's heafty imo..cheers.

Just got this EMU Audity 2000 modual on loan to try out,...it doesn't replace or compare to any of me other hard synth's, but forshure has a character all its own,..if your on a budget this beast will get you heafty sounds and goes for cheep these day's,..gettin mine used of a friend for 350.00 canadian,..can't go wrong at that price,...only thing's that suck bout the Audity compared to the Proteus line is there's no "Rate" knob for lfo on the front,.. and there's no expansion for the Proteus 2000 ROM's.....its much better than the Extreme Lead-1 by far imo,...cheers. >>>>>>>>>>>>this link explians the Audity in full> http://www.emulatorarchive.com/ModuleOverview/ModAudity2000/modaudity2000.h

conclusion, not diggin it,..,..if I didn't have xl-1 id grab it but not worth the cash imo,..tired for Audity 2000.
