Found this Refill unpacker on Edgey's forum. I believe it works, but don't know for sure because it is PC only

its means you can save the files inside the refill for use in other programs. take what you want out of the refill delete the rest. simple.

It just helps you to do something you could do through audio export anyway... and no one is making extra money from it, you still need Reason on your machine.
