love the intro, the nice warm synths, bassline , vocal.... not diggin the drums or the high eq synth on the 1st drop. would u consider a rework being done on your track? if so, may i?

Intro has nice pads and elements, but I don't care for that vocal much.
Drums seem a little bland. Both the sounds and the drum patterns. This track has a cool old school feel to it. I feel like after the second drop you should perhaps bring in a bit heavier breaks, a nice amen maybe?? Or just another harder break so it isn't just the same drums you had before again.
I would lose that whistling that comes in @ 1:36, I don't like it at all, but I suppose that might just be me.

I like this track. Nice groove. Fun to listen to and I'm sure it would get the grrls shaking. All of your elements work together well, but I do think there are a few ways you could make it better though:
Make the drums louder and lower the acid. The acid's cool but too loud and would loose nothing by being as much as 20% lower and who knows maybe lower still. Try throwing some more aggressive resonance on it too. I sounds a bit dry now and you don't really mess with it enough. You could and that would make the track more dynamic as a whole.
As I said I like your drums their well done and it's rare that you get a producer spending so much effort on them in a chill song like this. I do think you could benefit from making them the focus more so than the instrumentation. The sax is great, but again I'd like more effects and efforts at dynamism.
Still I listened to the song like 20 times and I guess that speaks for it self.

Nice work Parasite,..That vocal for me, throw's thing's off a bit,..wouldn't bring it in so early,...other than that, this is some full on old school dnb,..mix sound's great,...heafty idea's, synth's, effect's,...remind's me of older goodlooking stuff,...sound's like pure old school,..diggin your sound's n ideas big time,...howd you get so presice on the old sound?,...amazing work,...cheers....p.s,..what kind of setup you have?,...Hard,..software ect.?,...cheers Parasite and welcome to the dnb.be's. 
...........Edit>>actually mix need's a bit of work at part's,..some them pad's are distorting or maxin out on my end,....right round 2:27 and or the 2:37's,....this might just be on my end,...cheers.

Love to hear you like it ,i think you allready put a comment for earlier version of this one.Heh old skool you said ? you not the one who say that ,But that wasn't an idea to make a oldskool track ,just feel like that and just make what heart brought 
About the technical ,My studio is Reason 3.0 Cubase sx,shitty speakers and sound card on motherboard <lol> . Thanks for tips with distorted sounds i will make it right.Thanks for review and comment,really helps.Cheers Brotha.
