Please check out my new track 'Lepton' and post your comments here!!!

I'm working on this,

I don't have good monitor system, so I'd like to know about the sound quality of this tune.

that hardcore kick is not really fitting.

nice idea with that bassline, but it must be executed properly, I'd play more with filter cutoff (sounds to me you used it to modulate the bass???)

ok the beats need much more, the snare sounds a bit disco and that kick is way deep, more bass than in the bassline itself which is very mid and not enough bass

nice idea with "that" bassline

Could you be a bit more specific? I use a sub and 3 reeses, which sound mid to low.

I guess you mean filter the reeses?

Abou the beats: yeah i know, I first made my "chorus" and then my "intro", my mixing is tweaked to the sound of the choruspart, that's probably me problem...

Anywayz... Cheers for the feedback! Happy

I just like the idea of it as a whole

the filetring sounds a bit harsh on th ehigh end

about the beats, I really didnt understand that well what youre on to lol. but anyways, IMO the beats need more layering, they sound flat. thy need the usual drill: layer, distort, eq, compress.

bad bits: drums... there ok but i got bored after 30 seconds of it, personally think it could do with a rollin beat, but thats just me. NICE IDEA though Happy

I don't like how it starts but that bass line is phat as helllll!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!! Then it turns even darker. All i'd say is less of that overwhelming smooth bass and more with the crunchy ass bass line. Then you have yourself a wicked track. Get your self some moniters too. How can you produce music with out them?
