Also could really do with some warping bassline business because it doesn't have any depth. I'll like to hear a nice sweeping intro leading up to a snare build up and then hear it drop with a Heavy bassline and those amens from hell that you got going on, reminds me of the HITMAN tune and some early EASTSIDE promos that I picked up a few years ago. 27-01-2007 21:21 Seven Gun dotbee 4eva Registration Date: 16-01-2007 Posts: 2,232 Helpfulness rating:  my overall feel is that it sounds too chopped up which takes away from it settling in to a good groove, stops it from been something ya could move to. don't get me wrong, this track has its good bits, for example, the switch later in the tune has got a nice feel about it. that 2nd beat (the more standard loop) is nice but could do with another roll putting into it. personally i would cut out the amens and the first chunk of the track and concentrate on developing the 2nd part into a full tune. tighten it up and get some strings in there and use that synthy bass in the first part more. there is some very good seperate ideas in there but all together, they are not cohesive. seperate those ideas and i think, with more work, that you could have TWO very good tracks on your hands. big up yaself!!
