same here, heard him last year on groovecity, he got some skillz but his trackselection that day sucked like big time, really didn't enjoy it than
going for calibre & high contrast this time, tho I hope marcus will deliver some soul:r quality material !

Same here. Altho I sent a mail to complain about some things once, and I got free entrance on the next edition
About the rollers: Have no problem with them, its good music n shit, but I just don't have much fun going out on them, so I don't think I'm going.

I'm not going to give opinions on the taste of music (rollers vs harder stuff) but something else that I don't like about de Vooruit is the lack of any means of ventilation. Well it's not something to leave a party for but star warz editions are allways fully packed with people (so there must be good profits) and they still don't do something about the heat... Maybe a bit offtopic tho.

hehe first of all seems like you will never quit spreading the word that liquid funk is tha best hé
for me I can enjoy it as much as techstep or some dark flavaz, imo these r also music !
anyway don't gonna start this discussion here
bout marcus, well to be honest never heard calibre rinsing it live so can't compare, only can say that marcus was bit dissapointing at groovecity last year, his trackselection wasn't the liquid/roller style I expected than and beside the fact that he has some mixing skillz he created lot of dead dropz in his set, what made it sound boring imho. Heard some good tapes by these 3 and expect more this time with this soul:r tour from marcus. Heard a bit of high contrast on rumble and digged it, and in the reviews from calibre at orka I also remember he being more than good, it's all bout the expectations you have before attending a party me thinks, after the set you're satisfied or you don't comparing the expectations before and than after ...
hope you get now what I was trying to say, I knom i'm not always that clear in explaining stuff.
