ez all. finally back up in here with my first complete track of the year running under my Jungle Snipah alias, and i have to say, it's about damn time lol. anyhow, here's the deal, i was flippin' through the forums one day just checkin' some tunes, and ran across 'steakout(amen2dat)' by philbee and for some damn reason, i was sitting here listening to it playing it out in my head as if i had written it. it felt really incomplete so i approached philbee about puttin' my own spin on it and he was more than kind enough to provide with the samples to remix it. now granted, the samples were fairly limited which isn't a huge deal, but made things a little tough to throw in mass variation. i made every effort to use every sample he provided, just twisting them up and reshaping the whole sound, chuck in a bassline, throw in some filtering and voila. hope you all enjoy it. i know i do.

big ups cynik! yeah, i was wonderin' if anyone would notice them little samps from that track i threw in there. i just happen to have them sitting there and was like fuck it, lets see how it would sound tossed in this mix. yeah that intro was a bit of a bitch to work with as far as the timing goes tho. i dunno why. it wasn't just a mtter of laying that track in there so i had to cut it up, and realign it and just overall mess with it. glad ya liked it tho man, it's different.

boh I remixed beast too remember, I know those samples 
lol
in my current (higher) state Im actually diggin the intro. who knows I maybe hearing things lol
now I relisten possibly the beats could be more errrr, friendlier. dunno how to put it, but deff less of the start-stops... like the beats loose dynamics and the overall loudness of the mix drops in some parts, but -as I said - Im just in a trashed state so..

rippin track/remix Opikal Assassin,..pure power,..got me pumped,..will forshure write more detial in a bit,..cheers.>>>review>>yeah forshure a small timinng issue on that synth that starts at intro,...shame cause it weakin's the buildup a bit,..easy fix though id say,.. id forshure sort it,..anyway not a big issue in the tune as a whole,...this remix hold's it's own,...forshure got the shit hittin hard in the funkiest of way's fat man,... as an Optikal Assassin remix should allway's be guaranteed to do.....your ideas and sound are allway's well thought out,...I get the rough offbeat sorta raw sound you were shootin for with that intro synth,...but id maybe sort that bit a bit,...anyway,..sorry it took me a bit to fully review this,...had to run when i heard this earlier,...like i said though,....got me fucking pumped,...mighty Optikal Assassin Treatment in full,...no messin......huuge respekt,..nice to see ya back & the big cheers in full.

Gotta second J-Damage on the weird sound in the intro that goes on throughout the track and plays in the little breaks. Maybe you could pick another sound or something, it kinda kills the otherwise nice atmosphere.
Loooove the drop, cool FX going on. It's dark and hard, but not overdone. Nice work.

Love that rave type synth in the intro, and also that weird sound as well that I am having trouble describing for some strange reason. Nice intro.
When it drops it sounds very good. Great vibe and groove going.
I wish it changed up a little bit more, seems a little repetetive. It's odd because the break seems to change upo the most after the first drop, but then stays a lot more consistent and repetetive as the track progresses.
I'd bring in something a little different after the second drop. Maybe another layered break or another snare and bass drum layered so it's a little different that what had come hitherto, and maybe change up the patterns a bit more as well.
I do think this track has massive potential that hasn't quite been reached yet. Great start tho, I do like a lot of the stuff you have going.

right on guys, massive ups for the words.
i agree it could have been pushed a bit further and less repetitive and i realise that the more i listen to it. but you guys have been great with the words, good and bad, it's all good.
