just took a listen. pretty wikkid track. definitely a different approach to drum n bass than what im used to but i like it. it's original and still kicks. that thing munkiC was talking about, the sound you brought in right at about 43 seconds, i thought was alright, trust me ive heard alot more worse synths used. it fits the nature of the track. bass is rockin'. good job on that one. it's cool how you kept everything hittin' hard yet kept it melodic. i think your bass was killing the breaks a tad tho. i think bringing your breaks more upfront would give it more oomph. but cool clip overall, looking forward to hearing how this joint turns out, assuming you plan on going back and finishing it.
thanks for comments guys! funny thing is that the gaelic pipes are not synthetised at all
it's how it really sounds, but I suppose it can be mix issue no idea what to do with it tho, I'd like to keep it sounding natural
really? I suppose it could be a mixdown issue. since its a recording I dont know what could you do with it. nah since its only the intro, I'd leave it like that
Top tune and top notch production from u as always B.
Gaelic pipe thing is nice but could maybe do a with a touch of reverb/delay just to soft it up slighlty.
Nice tune man,
Very clean! production quality is A1
I like the horn sound too, needs softening up a bit.I agree with cjstyles .touch of LPF? and maybe a reverb of some description..give it some more depth!
awesome stuff man! keep it up :-P~~

dont have to say anything about this one. except for this:
if it's done, i wan't a dub! WOW!
haha thanks mate loving your enthusiasm, tune is actually finished, I'm trying to release it on vinyl at the moment and so far it is looking good, I'll keep you guys informed
yeah quality production f'sure... just the pads and the mellow-d is too relaxed to make me really enjoy it... but thats my dirty taste. drums are really nice... same as bassline.
Nice epic intro.....not sure on the effect on the wispering vocal. i think it would be better more dry.
that horn thing makes it sound like it could be from Braveheart
but it fits well.
beat is nice simple and meaty.
was expecting somethig a little different on the drop after the way you strip in down and have the kick drum roll.
but that doesnt mean i dont like it.
that bass sound is crisp. real nice. think that maybe you need to drop out some of the atmospherics after the main drop. i think having all the pads and stuff in the background after the drop slow it down a bit of you know what i mean.
