Please check out my new track 'She Still Wants You (It's Not Over remake)', post your comments here and vote for it!!!
It's a remake of my old track It's Not Over.
There's been a lot of tries to make a new version of that track, but most never got further then a 64-bar loop.
This one however did got further than that. Much further imo
Starting with eerie pads, organs and dubbed out vocals, it then get's into the darkness with a big reese hi-passing in the mix.
You have just noticed this isnt exactly soft stuff.
But then it drops...and you regret any tought of soft tracks you had with the intro.
After a whopping 7.17 minutes..it will be over, but you'll wish it wasnt
The reeses are homemade, so no discussion about that one again ok
The original, which is about 11 months old now, can be found here
RRRRUN DA TRAAAACK!!
This track has been deleted on the producer's request

good execution. proper moshpit stuff eh
the reeces a bit on the weak side, I like the ideas tho
gets repeating, imo too much drum oriented throughout
go now and review some tracks

I dont know about the crazy gabba interlude to the main break, but once the sniper/firefight comes in, I dig it, but then you go back to the craziness. I never understood this kind of music, it sounds like nonsense cluttered noise and then it breaks into a tune for a minute, then back to the head pulsating stuff. If the tune consisted more of the riddim style like once the sniper came in at 3:21 it would have kept my interest but I turned it off once it went back to the crazy shiz. For what it is, its good but definetly not something that I would listen to.

wooooah the filtered hat/snare on the intro is really fucking harsh on my ears.
it sounds like you went way over board with the high pass to start with but when it kicks in its a little easier on the hearing.
man what fucking drugs are you on. i respect your programming ability. personally i dont have the patience to mess around with mental drum edits, it doesnt really do it for me but i can see where your coming from.
i dont remeber if i heard the original or not. i was kinda expecting some sweet female vocal going by the title. lmao
do me a favour, and make something more musical at some point (i mean that with no disrespect). im interested to see what you can do when your not trying to out "noise" everyone else. ths is some crazy shit. but if it this style was playing on a rig id want to leave after ten minutes. maybe im getting old
7/10 cause im not really in the style
5/10 for the sound as it really fucked my hearing up at the start and id like a little more low end.

Mista Frisco,
Like The Overall essence of the tune.
Hardcore Breakbeat/DNB
Structuring is madness, lots of work..Nice
At points it just sounds like noise but
thats what you may be trying to achieve- a supper mechanical synthetic feel...
Kinda like a system malfunction or a virus
I would recomend putting the high end frequencies down a bit.
Highs sound like they are screeching and distorting at high levels of volume...
Mean Gritty Track Bro...
Cheers...
P.S.
Hardcore Will Never Die.

loads of treble on intro hats
sounds good apart from that.......
oh reece creaping in..nice
has it dropped??
OMG Now it has
this is some offensive in your face stuff.....tbh its to much for my tastes
this would pound your chest at a rave if on a good system
its now getting a little dull
oh good timing its just changed..........now not so dull
im sorry but this sort of thing bores me a little bit...the whole boomboomboom thing is ok for a while but then it kinda gets annoying.
this is sounding very well done though and for people that are into it will love it

thanks for all the reviews so far!
bout the repetitive and sounding alike other tunes by me thing: i see Current Value being bigged up by almost all the freaks, but a lot of his tracks sound the same, and also carry out a great deal of minimalism (in the thing the drops are often not much more then drums and bass, and maybe a synth)
this is all imo offcoarse, and i dont mean to diss CV, cus i like his stuff very much

badass gabba shit... that paulblackout dude would love this shit... think he owns hardline recordings, check it.
the intro is cool
the build up before the drop is sik... the trippy repeatative vocal is sikness. i dont think the reece riff is bad ass enuf... and it could probably use some more controlled distortion. bad ass track though.

like the intro mate, a crispy compressed feel.., good delay on the vox.. wicked snare roll...
fuck this drops into some heavy shit man, but then again i was expectin that from you mate..
haha love the effect on the vocal before it gets mental, this is so not my style but i am amazed at the arrangement of the drums, very impressive
pounding snares are they layered with kicks or sumfin or just eq-ed that way..
fuck i cant comment on this nam its too hard for my taste, very good tho mate
i think my speakerz are blown out now...lol

lol with the replies on thisone
erm yeh , i wont talk soundwise as my speakers are shit (pc ones)
I like the intro till the drop , but then its a bit messy , i mean its not heavy anymore its like t00 much snares drums .
... not much to say , the sounds are good just ...
indeed CV is good , and a whole set is a bit too much either , but i have to admit some tracks of him are one of the best and freshed i ever heared.
its difficult for famous prods for making shocking fresh stuff again and again...
dunno , you got talents but i cant see it in this one.
