are you kidding me? you cant use any samples of anything that you didnt create in your midi program. becasue i take vokals cut them up, play them out of order, for only a split second at a time, and i guaruntee not you or anybody else would be able to recognize where i got them........so can i put that up in the producers section? and another thing, i bought an album samples strictly for the use of djing or producing, and ive used alot of those samples in my songs.................so can i put that up?

Using samples of sample CD's is allowed if the sample CD's are royalty free (they mostly are).
But using copyrighted material, however mutilated and unrecognisable, isn't allowed. Sorry.

Nearly all the tracks i have made so far have samples from movies in them...
so this is copyrighted material and not allowed also... right?

you are correct. movie samples are off limits.
dont worrie guys this is a good thing cuz one day if you get signed you wont have to go thru the hassel and cost of having samples cleared.

Does company that created the keyboard owns the rights on these sounds, or did you payed for them when you bought the keyboard.

fuck yeah thats what i ment.
ok heres something i made in under 5min with about 5 generic samples and a osc. once i get all of samples working i will take about a week to make a track not 5 min lol. im just tryin to put somethin on here so check it..any ideas for the rest of the song?
