I have a new dnb tune now, called "Evolve" This one took me forever to finish, I strongly felt i needed vocals and didn't know how to go about it. You can find it at http://deadeyedj.iuma.com The vocals sit a little forward in the mix in the beginning, and more comfortably in the middle... This is gonna grab the listeners attention, and they're really gonna listen to what I'm saying here. It's pretty important. Can you venture an interpretation?

The vovals aren't really my stuff.
Good buildup.
Nice atmosphere, but this is also the problem: it hasn't got this great DnB feel to it... I guess a decent bassline would help...
Also, it gets a bit boring after a while, since it's always the 2 same melodies with only slight variations on it.

I like this, it's very psychedelic 
The intro and first part are great, very atmospheric, but as you noticed the voice is a lil too loud. I think the vocals would benefit too from some nice effects...
The piano that comes in the second part is a bit misplaced IMO, the melody is OK, but it would be better if you change the piano sound to something else, preferably something trippy
And that cutting up of the music you do in the third part is wicked 
love that
