I've heard many tunes that use that kind of sound, is it a pad or what? I can't seem to figure out where it comes from, or if its a Synth made sound? If so, any directions on creating something similar?
Hmmmm well theres alot going on in the track in question,
If your on about the neuro style bass then its basically a massive gritty dirty bass sound thats being swung about using filters and cutoff modulation
There are quite a few tutorial on various sites and even youtube videos
The intro pad or pad colaboration seems to be a layerup of reverbed and spaced out strings with a very low filter lfo control on the main bass
