I used to google and watch a dozen forums to find samples.
But I guess I'm old fashioned.
The new kids buy Earth Wind & Fire vinyl and sample from there, it's the easy way out if you ask me.

also, you could have a look at danny byrd's samples...
or even better, listen to some old disco tunes. if you find any good stuff to sample you could always return the favour and give me the names of some artists 
ive been looking for some disco samples but kind of gave up.
