first thing you can do for yourself is not being a part of it all. once you know youre not, a lot of the work is already been done. but that is hard, you are enslaved if you took a loan from a bank. even harder for western folk because, and its paradoxal, that the people living in richer countries are forced to take a credit for anything they think of. its the way it works in capitalism, without the credit you dont have the money, without money you are nothing and your existence is marginal

to be activist is a way of thinking and living. not falling into hedonist traps of consumerism, blinded by propaganda. trust me, its there. it has been proven citizens of US were spied and their telefones tapped, normal people. if they did that in the 60s, 70s what makes you think theyre not doing it now?

your living in GB, the worlds leader of public surveillance, you are constantly being watched and its a fact not some mindless paranoid mumbling or theorising. notice Im not getting into why are they spying on citizens because its a trap. because if I say "its because they use that info for their evil quest to conquer the world" that would be paranoid because I dont have the clues

but I dont need to. the sole fact they are doing it to you now is enough to make you worried. and yet they have the nerve to speak about "human rights"??? thats hypocrisy

Microsoft research labs experiement #432.

2) Current generator set to "170 pulses per second" with a higher power pulse every 7 pulses.

3) Child asked to sing, then the device is activated.

4) Child immediately launches into epileptic fit vocalising random sounds roughly corresponding to a 170bpm 7/4 timing.

5) Sound played into experimental software for aproximately 3 minutes.

6) Software left to process input.

7) Output: New venetian snares track. To be named after final vocalisation made by child "Shit fuck my argh brain"
