Point in case, why is it that you get some old guy who's been playing guitar everyday of his life for years and is mediocre, and you get some kid who's been playing for a couple years and can shred till the cows come home. Another example, I have a friend who loves music, listens to music all day everyday, yet he has no actual ability for it. He cannot dance in time, he cannot sing (anywhere near) in tune. He cant even tap his fingers in time with a beat. He is a musical retard, and not for lack of trying. Its been said before and it'll be said again, if there wasnt such a thing as talent, then everyone who practiced would become good. This does not happen, perhaps people will become competent, but that is a world apart from gifted. The question should be whether if people are born with a musical aptitude, or whether its a much more open situation, perhaps this kind of person has the ability to become expert at anything they turn their hand to. It all has to fit. you gotta have what it takes off course but it stays subjective in most off the cases. In fact for the majors all you have to do is make profit. Profit in dnb ===> very difficult===> few idealistic producers encurage us saloon producers alongside web sites like this. point ===> keep on making music, learn from sites like this (take the essence but not the soul), you'l see there s a chance for all of us. or you are exceptionally great or you learn a few years. but then again it all comes down to 'first mentioned'.
