Funny samples and vibe to it! Likin it mucho. I still think you should drop a real hardcore 4/4 beat now and then, like on 1.20, that'll make oldskool gabbers reminisce the good ol times Pleased nicely done!

The track goes pretty wikkid after 3.30 imo, especially the last bits, nice bline there. I think you should specialize in evil shiznit Bigup

Soi's right bout the ibiza-thingie. It also don't really fit wid the other sounds imo. Track isn't really 'flowing' the way it should.

Very chilly track, i like the atmosphere, but i think you need to re-eq the melody at least; mixdown ain't all that if y'axe me.

Nice song-structure and all but some sounds are idd a tad bit cheesy and more bass is needed. Overall not really my style, still pretty good one though

I like that jungle-trancy dnb track betta.

Don't like it much. Bline isn't too interesting and besides that and the drums there isn't much left is there? More atmosphere and melodies needed. I'd say give her a good ol' filling up! Wink

great to here somebody is trying to give their personal feel to dnb instead of trying to copy these classical tracks with some minor own elements like so many peepz do. Keep on makin' shit like this (or something completely different Tongue ), the future needs you!!

Nobody on the board using Intakt? Another great release from NI.

As for the eq-ing, especially for noobies, don't eq your kick too low as it'll fuck up your bline and sub everytime. Used to have this a lot back in the days and me was like Confused wtf?

you could also use the first two send fx on your mixer directly in ReDrum, just below the name of the sample although it's not my way of working...

I just wanna comment on the Reason sound quality.. I've read the London Electricity artical and I know it's better to remaster reasontracks in Cubase (rewired), but two friends of mine (excluding myself Wink ) are able to get pro-sound out of reason itself... so there's no need to worry about that AFAIK. And for the sequencer, get two monitors (a separate one for the seq), learn to work it properly and FLY! Bigup

MIDI-wise seems to be the easiest way. If not, tell me how. I'm working together with my friend on 2 separate pc's and it's a lotta fun except for when they run out of sync. We'd even like more&more&more pc's hooked up all together on the same MIDI-clock, that'd be heaven Drool

Come around anytime with your tunes! I'm already teaming up with my buddy, working together on separate pc's which is alot of fun compared to other students zappin the telly Big Grin Atm i'm especially workin on junglistic shite, but i'm open for whatever type o music (except for hardrock, trance, metal, etc..).

BTW I once performed in your hometown's Jeugdhuis, the day after the gazmazk crew turned the place upside down.. quite an interesting crowd.. at 4PM most of 'em where chillin in the chairs begaaid as a mother...

So, if interested in dropping by in Antwerp, paardenmarkt, PM me. I failed my drivers license so unfortunately i'm not too mobile atm.

edit: The 6th of december, we'll be performing live on stage as "Synth&Pete" on a breakcore/dnb partey we organized ourselves, so if anyone feels fit for the job, let me know.

Well, I never tried it myself cuz indeed it looked kinda almost impossible, but i learnt about it on a blokes site who's done this many times, in fact he didn't do nothing but remixes (mostly dancehall I believe, i.e. 50cents 'in the club'). He also had a page with a tutorial explaining the principle so if you browse the net, ya might find him.
