well i'm not a scientist (i'm a fucking begginer) when it comes to basses but that one seems pretty simple. the 1st stab (tum) is a distorted bass, and the other two (ump ump) are reversed basses. use samples for this so you can reverse them. i think break uses overdrive distortion on his basses. well this is not as simple as i write but with a bit of experimentation you'll get there.
