Hey Brucie,
Unfortunately all of the file names are named something like "003A.wav" so its hard to give you an exact list. There are very popular breaks in here that I can hear like the amen, cold sweat, etc that you probably already have, and some you probably don't.
However, I will say that they all sound very high quality to me, and they also include the high quality single hits of most of the breaks so it saves you a little bit of time chopping them up. I'd recommend at least downloading the first pack and seeing if you like it.
